European Project Management - Quality and efficiency for your international projects
At your request, the courses can be structured for a different schedule (5 or 7 training days).
Course fee: According to the Erasmus+ guide, 80 euros / training day, including course preparation, training, training materials
Description
Objectives:
- to develop competences on planning, managing and assessing European projects in order to improve their quality according to EU regulations
- to promote the use of the Project Management Cycle guidelines and the Logical Framework Approach
- to share best practices and transfer practical knowledge on project management between different cultural zones (at least 3 countries)
- to develop tools (project check-lists, needs questionnaires, dissemination techniques etc.) for key Project Cycle Management phases
- to enable participants to find at least 3 project ideas and techniques for their own context
- to increase participants’ confidence in their international cooperation skills and communication strategies on an institutional level
- to promote European cooperation in the field of education within the framework of the Erasmus+ program by partnership building
Learning objectives
By participating in this training course, the participants will:
• Develop competences on planning, managing and assessing European projects in order to improve their quality according to EU regulations
• Learn how to promote the use of the Project Management Cycle guidelines and the Logical Framework Approach
• Learn how to to share best practices and transfer practical knowledge on project management between different cultural zones (at least 3 countries)
• Develop tools (project check-lists, needs questionnaires, dissemination techniques etc.) for key Project Cycle Management phases
• Learn how to enable participants to find at least 3 project ideas and techniques for their own context
• Get a better understanding and learn how:
- To lead projects
- To manage a project team with confidence
- To kick-start a career in Project Management
- To Become a Project Manager
- To develop a budget, schedule, business case, risk assessment and more
Methodology & assessment
• Experiencing: different educational settings, different non formal education methods (role play, simulation game, exercises etc.)
• Reflecting: on the methods and its impacts, on the power and limits of non-formal education, on building a pedagogical process etc.
• Transferring: to the own reality of participants, in order to improve ways of working with their students
• Sharing: different perceptions, current situations and experiences.
• Developing: the building capacity of the participants (to be transferred to their students) by including them in the decision process of the training course designing
• Lessons learnt and best practices on non-formal education in school activities
