The stop animation or stop motion technique in the educational process offers great opportunities for everyone involved in the process. By actively participating in the animation creation process, children and students get the opportunity to learn: the mechanism of film creation, how to use mobile devices, methods of photography, how to create a composition, how to choose the appropriate shooting angle. They develop digital skills, think and reflect, research, experiment with different scene solutions and shooting methods. Interdisciplinarity, thematic connections as well as constant concentration when dealing with small details develop focus and attention. Good will, inner motivation, patience and time to engage in this kind of playful process are certainly important. That is why this technique is a powerful tool for inclusion.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- get to know more about stop motion methods and understand the basics of animation and stop animation techniques
- get acquainted with inclusion methods within regular lessons
- understand the pedagogical approach to learning
- be aware of different views and perceptions in teaching
- learn how to use adequate digital tools as support in multimedia education
- enhance collaboration and networking
- create a short movie using stop animation technique
