Description
Functional Eating teaches how to use nutrient-rich foods to boost energy, immunity, and mental clarity while preventing chronic diseases. Participants explore balanced macronutrients, meal planning, and health-focused food choices. The Mindfulness module introduces stress management, meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful eating to enhance self-awareness and decision-making. The Exercise segment focuses on sustainable movement, emphasizing core stability, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Tailored to individual fitness levels, it helps prevent injuries and supports everyday functionality, promoting long-term physical and mental well-being.
