Description

As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to expand its influence, educators must adapt to this evolving landscape. This course addresses the existencial questions teachers face in an AI-driven world, including how AI can enhance critical thinking, and learning in general. Participants will learn to leverage AI and edTech tools to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences across various subjects, including language, social science, history, and STEAM. Through direct instruction, hands-on activities, and group discussions, teachers will explore AI-powered resources, develop lesson plans, and gain the skills needed to integrate AI into their classrooms effectively, promoting 21st Century Skills in general, and Critical Thinking in particular.  By the end of the course, educators will be well-versed in AI trends and equipped to design innovative, AI-infused lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students.

Methodology & assessment
