
“Prevention of Teachers' Professional Burnout as a Way to Improve the Quality of Education”
The course aims to introduce participants to a holistic model of stress and raise understanding of stress causes, mechanisms and effects, how stress impacts teaching ability and provide them with ideas and practical tools for dealing with stress. During the course, participants will identify their stress and emotional triggers in a work context and come up with new, more resourceful strategies.

Learning objectives
- Consulting teachers on matters, such as curriculum development or instructional planning, which directly impact their classrooms;
- Providing adequate resources and facilities to support teachers in instructional practice;
- Providing clear job descriptions and expectations in an effort to address role ambiguity and conflict;
- Establishing and maintaining open lines of communication between teachers and administrators to provide administrative support and performance feedback that may act as a buffer against stress;
- Allowing for and encouraging professional development activities such as mentoring and networking, which may engender a sense of accomplishment and a more fully developed professional identity for teachers;
- Learning how to detect the following as early symptoms of teacher stress and burnout:
- Feeling like not going to work or actually missing days;
- Having difficulty in concentrating on tasks;
- Feeling overwhelmed by the workload and having a related; sense of inadequacy to the tasks give

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Before the course begins, participants will be provided with information about the materials, digital tools, and other learning resources that will assist them with completing course tasks. They will be able to communicate with us as course organisrs regularly via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom, where online meetings will be conducted.
Certification details
At the end of the course, each participant will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance along with Europass Mobility. Our certificates are in line with the Erasmus Quality Standards and so include the course's title, short description of its learning outcomes (if requested), dates, venue, the name of the course provider and the course director, number of training hours.

Course package content:
Course fee is fixed at 80.00 € per course day per participant. The total amount of the course fee depends on the length of the training course abroad and includes: tuition fee, conference hall rental and audiovisual equipment, wi-fi internet, stationary and course materials, course documents - we will send participants the filled-out templates of Learning Agreement and Europass Mobility, coffee/tea breaks, cultural activities – sightseeing, for one or two days depending on the duration of the training event, administration costs, school visits at some locations.

Cancellation & changes:
NGO “Motivated Learning for Everyone” is not liable for any already paid by participants expenses caused by a case of force majeure circumstances that prevent participants from attending the course. If flights are cancelled for any reason, NGO “Motivated Learning for Everyone”, as the course provider, is not responsible for the financial or other consequences concerning travel and accommodation or registered participants. If unable to attend, the registered person may substitute someone else from the same organization or attend another MLFE course, by sending a notification to: kina_dimitrova@hotmail.com.
For onsite courses, course cancellations are accepted if conveyed 30 days before the starting date of the course. In such cases, “Motivated Learning for Everyone” will refund the full fee paid course fee.
In case of illness at any time before the course starts, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the paid course fee after sending the relevant medical document/s to the course organizer and according the rules of the interior accounting procedures in “Motivated Learning for Everyone” – till the last day of the following month after receiving the cancellation notice from the participant’s institution.
If the course cancellation is not conveyed within the above-mentioned time limits and conditions, “Motivated Learning for Everyone” will not refund the course fee paid. With the start of the course, the fee is non-refundable.
