The use of outdoor activities and experiential learning are properly combined to stimulate participants’ interest in order soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork to be developed.
Description
This training course is aimed at teachers who teach at all levels of education and want to turn skill development sessions into a unique and memorable experience for students.
Learning objectives
- Experiencing: Soft Skills in Education innovative method
- Enhancing: critical, creative, and analytical thinking – problem solving and decision making skills
- Developing: empathy, self-confidence, self-efficacy, emotional awareness, open-mindedness, self-motivation, and engagement
- Facilitating: active listening, focus, non-verbal communication, flexibility, being outside your comfort zone

The participant will be engaged in on-site training to learn about methods about developing skills through workshops, will join natural, cultural and historical sites as contexts for creating teaching/learning curricular content and will accomplish reflective journal writing as part of their continuous development
