Description

The Mindfulness and Burnout Prevention course is for teachers and school staff at all levels, NGO staff, government officials, policymakers, and company staff. It covers stress, burnout, and mindfulness through interactive sessions and practical exercises. Participants will learn to manage burnout and maintain well-being. The course runs from Monday to Friday, with cultural activities in the afternoons. Participants present their schools and projects, collaborate on future initiatives, and receive certificates at the end.

  • Creating a personalized burnout prevention plan

 

Methodology & assessment

Our expert trainer will also guide and encourage collaboration and connection among the course attendees. We have designed networking events and cultural activities to provide participants with opportunities to share best practices, establish professional relationships, and build partnerships. These activities will involve not only the attendees of this specific course but also individuals from other courses offered by our organization. The training program has been carefully structured to enable participants to transfer knowledge, develop essential skills, and create and manage proposals with a high likelihood of success.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

A variety of materials, digital tools, and learning resources are provided to ensure students succeed. Course materials, including textbooks, lecture notes, and supplementary readings, are curated by expert instructors.

Participants prepare works themselves, including videos and articles, deepening understanding and practical application.

  • Course package content:

    The cost of the seven-day course is €550, which includes course fees, free coffee, complimentary cultural activities in the area throughout the week, and a certificate of attendance. Additional organizational costs may apply if registration is through an intermediary company. The company also offers an optional cultural package designed to enhance the connections between participants.

  • Cancellation & changes:

    If you are forced to cancel your course attendance due to unforeseen issues, these are the options you may take into consideration first:

    re-scheduling to any of our courses in EdEU course locations within the next 12 months;

    any other colleague may take your place and use the already paid fee without any additional costs.

    Cancellations must be notified by e-mail.

    For cancellations communicated at least 4 weeks before the start of the course, EdEU will retain 30% of the course cost.
