Description

In addition to exploring topics such as effective leadership styles, decision-making processes, strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, staff development, and performance evaluation, this course also emphasizes the importance of internationalization and Erasmus+ projects in educational leadership and management.

 

Participants will learn about the benefits of internationalization, including the exchange of best practices, the development of cross-cultural competencies, and the promotion of global citizenship among students and staff. The course will also explore the opportunities and challenges of Erasmus+ projects, including project planning and management, partner identification, funding application, and project evaluation.

 

Through a combination of interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will develop the skills and knowledge needed to lead and manage educational organizations effectively in an international context. As a result of this Erasmus+ KA1 course, participants will be better equipped to navigate the challenges of educational leadership and management, improve the performance of their organizations, and make a positive impact on the lives of their students and staff.

Upon completing the “Leadership and Management in Education” course, participants will:
