Kids Yoga sessions aim at children to have fun primarily through stories and games; it is aimed to provide children with practical information about the theme and related yoga poses on a theme axis for each session.
Kids Yoga aims to breathe right into children, use their imagination, apply their yoga postures and maintain their existing body elasticities.
Kids Yoga; there are benefits in children such as supporting balance development, increasing concentration and focus, relieving the mind, helping children express themselves, improving their imagination and increasing their creativity, as well as guiding them to be powerful individuals as bodies and minds.
Especially in the school environment, conflict situations can occur between children. Children who do not know their own body, do not realize their potential, and can not develop the world of imagination generally live with their other peers. Current topics such as early school leaving, Peer Bullying, Conflicts, Social Exclusion are situations in which children can be exposed to long walks. By means of the kid’s yoga, it is aimed that children can live a healthier life, be self-aware and be respectful to universal values and their peers. Children who communicate more comfortably through child welfare and respect universal values and peers have fewer problems and are happier.

Methodology & assessment
Our courses are conducted by non-formal education methods. Participants are actively
involved in activities and learn by having fun. We don’t like PowerPoint presentations and
speech-based teaching methods. We have materials, our body, and creativity as the most important instruments. Group and individual works and experiential learning-based studies are carried out. We also like to be outdoors and connect with nature.
● EVALUATION
At the beginning of the course, participants will have a self-evaluation test to evaluate their knowledge and experience level of the topic. At the end of the course, general oral and written evaluations are made and the achievements of the participants are assessed. Cultural excursions and closing events are organized after the
course concludes with a certificate of attendance. We will share our photos, videos, reports, and materials that are produced during the course with the participants. The course will be monitored by trainers and reports will be prepared by trainers to inform participants about the quality of the course, outcomes, evaluation results,
feedback, etc.
