The course includes:

Learning objectives
The purpose of this course is to learn to be a teacher of English to work with adults and juniors in the field of education. Outcomes include:
- Ability to plan lesson
- Better understanding of syllabus and student focussed lessons
- Better understanding of student errors and why the are made
- Ability to use coursebook materials in the classroom
- Understanding pronunciation and errors amde
- Ability to error correct in spoken and written form
- Better understanding of planning and delivering skills lesson
- Better understanding of planning and delivering language development lessons

Methodology
Our approach is broadly Principled Eclecticism. We use a variety of methodologies and approaches, choosing from a range of techniques that we consider effective and applying them according to the learning context and objectives. We aim to facilitate the understanding of the new language being taught and do not rely on one specific ‘best method’.

The course is assessed on an ongoing basis through Teaching practice and self reflection tasks
