This course equips educators with interactive and playful teaching strategies to build inclusive, engaging, and emotionally supportive classrooms. It focuses on student-centered methodologies that promote collaboration, motivation, and social-emotional development. Through creative and reflective activities, participants will explore how to create classroom environments that respond to individual needs and strengthen group dynamics. Music, rhythm, and movement will be incorporated as powerful tools to support positive behavior, inclusion, and classroom cohesion.
Learning objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Methodology & assessment
An evaluation questionnaire will be given to the participants to gather participants’ opinions about the training and its contents, logistic organisation, instructors, materials provided and asses to which extent the course managed to improve participants’ competences.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
Resources will include classroom management tools, music-based learning platforms, digital storytelling tools, and materials for non-formal education. Emphasis will be placed on free and user-friendly apps adaptable across age groups and curricula.
Certification details
Participants who complete the course "Interactive Teaching and Playful Learning: Creating Inclusive and Positive Classrooms" will receive a Certificate of Attendance as well as a Europass Mobility Document if requested. These documents attest to the successful completion of the Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility for staff course.
