True Leadership talents also include the capacity to foster the development of soft skills or, as we like to call them, power skills. The most effective leaders are those who inspire others to attain success! Throughout the course, participants will engage in a variety of activities and discussions that are aimed at developing their leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and change management.
