- Promoting Intercultural Education and Mindfulness
This course promotes intercultural education by modeling empathy in a mindful classroom. We will look into the thought process and seek gratitude in living in the present. The concept of ‘reaction vs. response’ will be presented to promote a friendlier working environment and reduce bullying. Open-mindedness will be mirrored in our study of critical thinking and the need for better conversation.
- Developing Soft Skills for Inclusion
Reinforcing collaboration and teamwork is the cornerstone of promoting true inclusion and recognizing the integration of versatility & special needs. Lessons will be split into theoretical parts and engaging practical exercises in particular. By promoting and celebrating cultural diversity in our schools, we make an important step towards bringing social change.

Methodology & assessment
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity.
Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork.
Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.
Recognition conditions:
At least 80% course attendance.
