ICELAND NATURE EVERYWHERE is a different course almost exclusively outdoor where you are going to enjoy the amazing environment that this unique island offers. You will get involved in the Icelandic Nature and sustainability at the hands of fantastic guides, the majority of them local ones. Enjoy landscapes and stunning views and learn Icelandic values in an almost EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR course.
Description
This course will show you not only stunning places but also you will have the chance to learn sustainability actions so you can prepare an adjusted plan to introduce local Nature in the learning process. A travel journal will be used as a notebook to take notes, inputs, inspiring ideas… of the daily trips. The final goals of the course depends on you and how you live the week: seeing things with open eyes and mind and with a kind curiosity as well will help you to embrace the course and to take the maximum benefit of it. Finally, teachers will summarize the course in a workshop all together making comparisons between Iceland and their own countries.

Learning objectives
- To empower and to train teachers, education staff and those interested in preserving local Nature.
- To improve the knowledge about how to create preservation projects in order to foster European integration based on local culture.
- To improve their practical skills related to the preservation of Nature.
- To acquire a great experience based on local guidance and guided trips and be able to transfer the good practices in a satisfactory way to their own school centres.
- To improve the knowledge about how to create preservation projects in order to foster European integration based on local culture.
- To share experiences of local collaboration and national projects from different organizations in order to be more effective in our sustainability proposal.
- To learn how they should work with students, families and local administration in order to create a common objective.
- Pass from the idea of the local action to write a proposal in order to do it.

Methodology & assessment
Teachers will have the chance to assess the Iceland preservation of Nature and they have to trace a guideline about how to do a similar action in their own country.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
The company will provide the majority of materials to participants and all the course contents will be shared in a digital format. Regarding this, participants' digital tools will be improved and there will be any doubts about sharing the materials. Actually, a Google Drive access will be given to participants, so they can download everything that has been receiving during the training time. Furthermore, monitoring and mentoring arrangements will take place during and after the course.
Certification details
The Project Management Society Erasmus Plus holding group fulfills the Erasmus requirements about having a seat in the country where the course takes places and the group provides a local subsidiary company in this country. Icelandic OID: E10274031.
The company sends the Learning Agreement document at the moment of the registration in the course, providing you an attendance 40-hour certificate from Sunday to Saturday, which includes all necessary details.

Course package content:
The cost of the course includes course fees, a free guided city tour, transportation for the training activities if this is necessary, and, obviously, the certification of attendance is included as well. The company offers guidance and will help with all necessary documents that the participant can need. Accommodation, meals and transport to the venue is not included in the course fees but an optional cultural package is offered to deepen the local culture.

Cancellation & changes:
Cancellations and Reimbursements of course fees are detailed in the booking confirmation document, but summarizing:.
- If participants cancel at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, the company will refund the entire amount, minus 20% of the course fee. In another case, the participant will be allowed to join another course/session in the following 12 months.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the participant will receive a full reimbursement of the course fees.
