Methodology & assessment

The teaching modes used in this program include a combination of non-formal education methodologies and experiential learning techniques. These methods are well-established, having been refined by our team over more than 40 years. They are tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants and the environments they come from. This approach uses the specific needs of the participants as opportunities for change through non-formal education, ensuring that the learning is personalized and appropriate.
Assessment of participants' learning occurs through reflection sessions embedded within the schedule, which take place after each activity. These sessions are designed to extract learning outcomes based on the experiences of the participants. This reflective practice allows for the adaptation of the learning to ensure it can be effectively implemented back in educational settings.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

The program provides a range of materials, digital tools, and other learning resources to support the experiential learning methodology.

Materials: All necessary physical materials and learning spaces are provided by the program. The school has specifically designed these environments to optimize learning sessions. In addition to on-campus facilities, the program utilizes learning spaces outside the city and immersed in different educational environments.
