This training course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge, tools, and confidence to apply for, manage, and implement Erasmus+ projects successfully. The program targets educators, project managers, NGO staff, and other stakeholders who wish to develop high-quality applications and oversee effective project delivery within the Erasmus+ framework.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of Erasmus+ priorities, program structures, and funding opportunities. The course will guide them through the steps of developing a solid project idea, identifying and collaborating with suitable partners, drafting strong proposals, and managing the application process through the Erasmus+ portal.
Additionally, the course will cover practical aspects of project management, including budgeting, reporting, dissemination strategies, risk management, and sustainability planning. Through hands-on activities, case studies, and group work, participants will leave the course ready to design impactful Erasmus+ projects aligned with European priorities.

Methodology & assessment
The course employs an interactive, hands-on approach to learning. Workshops and practical exercises will guide participants through real-life scenarios, such as completing Erasmus+ application forms and conducting needs analysis. Case studies of successful Erasmus+ projects will be analyzed to highlight best practices and challenges. Group discussions and role-play activities will foster collaboration, enabling participants to simulate partner-building and project development processes. Expert lectures will provide insights into the Erasmus+ program, while peer review sessions will allow participants to present draft proposals and receive constructive feedback from both trainers and peers.
Assessment
Participants will be assessed through a combination of practical tasks, group work, and presentations. Key assessments include completing sections of an Erasmus+ application form and developing a needs analysis document.

- Tablets & Laptops: Participants may bring their own devices; extra tablets will be provided if needed.
- Digital Presentation Tools: Resources such as Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other innovative tools will be used during sessions.
- Stationery: All necessary stationery will be supplied by the host.
- Post-Course Resources: Presentations and documents will be emailed to participants after the course.
Certification details
Certificates will be delivered in hard copy format and will include information about the course title, participant name, organization name (host and sender), duration, number of training hours, and the main topics covered in the course. The certificates are signed both by the administrator of the host organisation and by the trainer.
