This intensive 5-day training course offers participants comprehensive insights into the Erasmus+ project lifecycle, from application to successful implementation. The course is designed for project managers, educators, and organizations interested in running Erasmus+ projects, and it includes both theoretical and practical components to ensure a holistic learning experience.Day 1: Introduction to Erasmus+ Program and Priorities

Methodology
The course employs an interactive, hands-on approach to learning. Workshops and practical exercises will guide participants through real-life scenarios, such as completing Erasmus+ application forms and conducting needs analysis. Case studies of successful Erasmus+ projects will be analyzed to highlight best practices and challenges. Group discussions and role-play activities will foster collaboration, enabling participants to simulate partner-building and project development processes. Expert lectures will provide insights into the Erasmus+ program, while peer review sessions will allow participants to present draft proposals and receive constructive feedback from both trainers and peers.

  • Stationery: All necessary stationery will be supplied by the host.
  • Post-Course Resources: Presentations and documents will be emailed to participants after the course.
