The main aim of the course is to provide participants (and indirectly students) with knowledge and skills in basic economics and the functioning of the market and the development of entrepreneurial broadly defined attitudes, including openness and creativity in planning their own activities.

Description

This course is full of techniques, tools and right questions for students to make right decisions about their future, moreover, these tools are applicable for any decision that you, as a teacher, are facing.

 

The participants acquire the ability to improve and develop their own talents, ideas, gain aims, find the best way to become an active member of a project team.

 

Through detailed workshops and simulations, this interactive training delivers a comprehensive knowledge of establishing own business, the creation of new teams. This course helps  teachers to support students in this area, give right questions or advice to help the students decide.

Learning objectives

By completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Strengthen entrepreneurial attitude among students.
  • Access to a new network of teachers across Europe inspires new ideas, teaching methods and problem solving.
  • Determine the group of students who will become successful team.
  • Encourage students to entrepreneurial activities, to provide the benefits of owning own ideas.
  • Lead the project of creating a business plan with students.
  • Encourage students to earn satisfaction from their own hobby.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of individual projects and individual persons.

Methodology & assessment

The methodology used is a mixture between theoretical training and workshops training based on real-life examples. Different methods enable the participants to develop and create their solutions for their own professional needs and the needs of their students.

Practical part contains creating business-plan getting and analyzing real information from the project world . There are schedules, graphics, brainstorming techniques and tests used to achieve needed results.

Materials, digital tools & other learning resources

This course develops innovative leadership and creative problem-solving skills using tools like Design Thinking, brainstorming, and rapid prototyping. Participants learn to lead educational projects, build collaborative teams, and apply Lean Startup principles. They design and execute real-world initiatives, creating detailed plans with goals, timelines, and evaluation metrics. Materials include project templates, digital tools, and case studies.

Certification details

The participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course including their full name, project information, duration of the course (25 hours) and location of the course, according to the Erasmus+ standards.

  • Course package content:

    The course fee includes 5 day of training, training materials and certificates, learning agreements and europass, pre-arrival and on-site assistance, and coffee corner. It is possible to request a budget for extra services like Accommodation, Airport transfers and cultural activities and trips.

  • Additional information:
    Description of the services and activities included in the course package (such as accommodation, meals, transport) or available at extra cost.
  • Cancellation & changes:

    If the participant cancels the course more than 30 days before the course commences, all fees will be refunded.

    If the participant cancels the course between 30 and 7 days before the course starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future courses delivered within 12 months.

    The course is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the course start date but it is possible to postpone the dates.

    The options and conditions for change and cancellation, and the policy in case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
