Eligible courses in Malta: "Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for Meaningful Learning and Training"
Our course is designed for educators, who wish to develop own competencies in support of self- directed and meaningful learning of their learners and use AI tools for this purpose. The course is ERASMUS+ KA1 eligible and is suitable for educators from all levels and institutions.
Description
The course provides opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills, analyse and reflect on own practice, discuss ethical and practical dilemmas, and create own collection of tools and practices. The course is conducted by an expert in the field of andragogy, who provides an approach “from practitioner to practitioner”. The course is suitable for educators with different levels of experience in teaching and training – both beginners and professionals will gain new knowledge, experience & understanding.
- Program:
- Day 1: Introduction Getting to know each other in a friendly & playful way using the AI tools. Introduction to the course. Participants’ expected outcomes. Personal learning & action plan.
- Day 2: Context of the training: challenges of the world and tendencies in education.
- Day 3: Finding ways, finding ourselves in new reality (outdoor activities). Ethical dilemmas of use of AI tools in education and training.

Learning objectives
As a result of the course, an educator will:
- Analyse possibilities for the use of selected AI tools for analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching process to support self-directed and meaningful learning.
- Experience and reflect use of selected AI tools from the learners’ and educators’ perspective.
- Collect a personal toolbox of AI tools, methods, and techniques for implementation in their programme/course on various teaching process’ stages.

Methodology & assessment
• Creation of Personal AI Toolbox: Participants will design a customized AI toolbox, integrating tools, methods, and techniques applicable to different stages of their educational programs. This will be assessed based on relevance, creativity, and alignment with course objectives.
• Reflective Analysis: Learners will submit reflective journals analyzing their experiences with AI tools, detailing potential implementation strategies in their teaching practice.
• We make tailor-made programmes according to the organisations needs if the whole group is from one organisation.

Certification details
Every participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Upon request, a Europass Mobility Certificate can also be issued.
Our courses are designed and delivered in accordance with the Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1.
We offer support to participants in completing Learning Agreements and any other documents required by their organisations.
