Description
The course is designed for educational leaders, including headteachers, deputy headteachers and members of school development teams. It provides an in-depth exploration of evidence-based school management, shared leadership and strategic planning tailored to the educational context.
Participants will explore innovative leadership principles, evidence-based school management and shared leadership practices. Through interactive exercises and collaboration, they will gain essential skills to drive school improvement and develop strategic plans. Topics such as shared leadership, collaborative decision-making and the PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT (PDCA) cycle will be explored to promote sustainable school development.
