This hands-on course provides educators with practical tools and strategies to establish effective classroom management practices.
Description
Participants will learn how to address common challenges, such as disruptive behavior and lack of student engagement while creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The course combines theoretical insights with practical techniques, empowering teachers to build strong relationships with students, foster positive behavior, and enhance learning outcomes. By the end of the course, participants will feel confident in implementing classroom management strategies that promote respect, collaboration, and effective teaching.

Methodology & assessment
Peer feedback and trainer guidance will ensure the practical application of the strategies discussed. Learning outcomes will be informally assessed through active participation, group presentations, and the creation of a personalized classroom management plan.
Materials, digital tools & other learning resources
The trainer will present the training materials by using the digital learning resources including video, audio, text, websites, animations and images, Power Point (PPT) presentations. Participants will receive hard and/or digital copy material, which covers the content of the training.
Certification details
Participants are awarded a signed course Certificate in line with Erasmus Quality Standards showing the course name, the participant’s name, the course description, learning outcomes, location, course dates and course duration.
