This course, “AI in the Workplace,” is designed to introduce non-native English speakers to the fundamental concepts and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various professional settings. Over five days, participants will explore the basics of AI, different AI technologies, their applications across industries, ethical considerations, and future trends.
The course integrates language learning with content knowledge, ensuring participants not only understand AI but also improve their English language skills through targeted activities and exercises.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the fundamental principles of AI and identify its applications in daily life and the workplace.
2. Confidently use key AI-related terms such as algorithm, machine learning, and automation in discussions and written work.
3. Describe AI Functions
4. Compare AI Technologies like chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics.
5. Analyze AI Applications
6. Discuss AI Developments across various sectors
7. Debate Ethical Issues
8. Predict AI Trends
9. Summarize key concepts and information about AI from readings, videos, and discussions.

If cancellation notice is received 14 calendar days prior to your arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of 25%, if received 7 calendar days prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of Euro 50%. Any course cancelled less than 7 calendar days before arrival is non-refundable.
