- This is a dynamic and engaging program designed for teachers, adult educators and school staff who wish to deepen their understanding of 21st-century competencies and develop effective teaching strategies to cultivate these skills in their students. Over the course of five days, you will engage in a series of interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and collaborative activities to explore the theoretical foundations of the 4Cs and gain practical insights on how to integrate them into their teaching practice.
This course will empower educators to create a stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity, encourages collaboration, enhances communication skills, and nurtures critical thinking abilities.
Learning objectives
- Understand the theoretical foundations of creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking in education, including their interconnectedness and their role in fostering holistic student development.
- Apply a wide range of instructional methods and techniques to promote the development of the 4Cs in teaching practice, adapting and tailoring them to different learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and educational contexts.
- Design and implement engaging and authentic learning activities and projects that effectively cultivate creativity, encourage meaningful collaboration, enhance communication skills, and foster critical thinking among their students.

Certification details
Our courses meet 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐬+ 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 for Key Action 1 (learning mobility of individuals).
Participants must attend a minimum of 80% of sessions and actively engage in discussions and practical activities to enhance their learning experience.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Learning Agreements and Europass Mobility documents are available upon request at no additional cost.
