End of Project Thank You!

Pinned

Dear Teachers and Students,

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the eTwinning project "YEP! Youth European Parliament." Your dedication, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit have made this project a resounding success.

To the teachers, your guidance and support have been invaluable. By fostering an environment of learning and cooperation, you have empowered the students to explore and understand the workings of the EU Parliament. Your commitment to education and mentorship is truly commendable.

To the students, your creativity and hard work in the political party forums, designing logos, and actively participating in the forums have been truly inspiring. Working in pairs, you demonstrated exceptional teamwork and innovation. Each logo design and every discussion in the forums reflected your keen understanding and thoughtful engagement with the project.

A special thank you to the teachers who facilitated the forums, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among the students. Your role in guiding the discussions and providing support has been crucial to the project's success.

Once again, thank you all for your dedication and effort. This project would not have been possible without your collective contributions. We look forward to seeing how the skills and knowledge gained through this experience will continue to benefit everyone involved.

Warmest regards,

YEP Project Founders

National Quality Label and European Quality Label were awarded to Nives Torresi (co-founder) of the YEP! Youth European Parliament eTwinning project participating school Liceo T. Mamiani Pesaro, Italy, for the school year 2023-2024.

The students who participated were so overwhelmed, they decided to have a surprise party to celebrate the achievement for our project. They are now final year high school students, working hard on their preparation for the final exams.

Volunteer FLIP video speech

Hello everyone!

You (the Students from all Schools in all Countries in this project) are kindly requested to go to the FLIP APP and record a video, but only those students in the political groups in the eTwinning TwinSpace that would like to propose themselves as the Speaker/s for their Group.

Then each group can choose or elect the Speaker to make the Law Proposal Video for the final presentation on 13th May for some schools and around 21 or 22 May for the rest of the schools. More about the online Live Event from your school Teachers.

First Step: Join the FLIP group for all the YEP! Schools https://flip.com/179265a1

Joining the group does not mean you need to make a video! But you will be able to see and hear the videos in order to eventually vote for the best speaker in Your Group!
Go to the Volunteer Speakers' Videos https://flip.com/77fbd2d9

We need at least 4 Volunteer Speakers from each group! So be courageous and let us see and hear you!!

You will need to prepare a mini speech and propose a law, you can all decide on one final law proposal, but for the purpose of the Volunteer video you can create one of your own speech.

Good luck and have fun!

Voting for the Group Logo

To all the Teachers of each group:

Ensure you have added a LOGO voting app within the Group's Forum page for the students to Vote on their preference for their group's logo.

To all the Students of each group:

Be sure to check your group and leave your Logo preference vote starting this week 12th April to 20th April 2024.

Thank you!
