Wrap me...

Two central themes or goals of the project will be raising awareness about sustainability and ensuring the well-being of all children, with a focus on inclusion and involving all children in the project. In the initial phase, children will learn about waste management—correctly sorting waste and understanding the entire waste management process in their country (from the trash bins in their playroom to the large containers in sorting or processing centers). In the second part of the project, we will explore the reuse of materials that would otherwise be discarded—such as paper, fabric scraps, disposable packaging, plastic pieces, toy parts, etc. We will create new usable items from these materials, and in the end, we will wrap everything in paper or other materials that also reflect the concept of reuse. Throughout this sustainability project, we will also discuss gifting, presents, different types of gifts, and embracing diversity and inclusion in December. In December children will make their own Christmas tree and gifts from re-used material. They will cooperate with children from primary or high school from their own country. All children are going to cooperate in making a book, but also other things during the process.
