We live in a world that has been changed by technology. Pupils and students use digital gadgets on a daily basis, at home, in school and in their everyday lives. Technology has taken over the way we teach and spread the knowledge. What are the positive sides of that? What are the negative consequences? Do we really know how to use information and communication technology wisely and safely? Do we know how to take care of our mental and physical well-being in this fast-developing digital world? This is what we want to find out with our project. We want to learn how to use digital sources wisely and how to acquire new knowledge, yet at the same time, we want to observe and learn how to not forget about our well-being away from this digital world. Therefore, we want to visit Denmark and through our students` mobility observe their digital competences, as well as the ways they attend to their well-being, mental and physical.
