Traditional recipes around the world

In this project, our students will treat in deep something related to the nutrition of their country. Their attention will be focused on the main dishes cooked during the day and the festivities. But the other part of the research will be focused on the changes in our and your way of nutrition from the past up to now. The climatic changes influenced the products offered by nature. Industrialization changed the taste, the ingredients, the way to produce something. What are we going to eat in the future? Students will be involved in creating short presentations that will be linked to a unique one.
