SWITCH ON Erasmus! Social Wellbeing and Inclusion Through Cultural Heritage

The goal of this project is to create social wellbeing and inclusion through knowledge and appreciation of Cultural Heritage, which is fundamental to understanding the roots, history, and identity of a person, a community, or an entire country. In recent years there have been numerous studies on the use of Cultural Heritage as an inclusive resource and tool to be used through pedagogical methods useful for transdisciplinary learning. Not only do documents on innovative teaching point to Cultural Heritage as an impetus for improving learning, but also those of the WHO point to it as a useful tool in the field of health and well-being. This project aims to emphasize the importance of Cultural Heritage for the growth and fulfillment of the individual both cognitively and in terms of social inclusion and well-being, enabling the development of so-called Life Skills, skills that lead to positive behaviors that make the individual able to cope effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.
