Swapping Hometowns, Exchanging Life Experiences

The main aim of this project is to enable students from Turkey, Italy, Poland and Spain to decide what aspect or aspects make their hometown unique and special and pass them on to culturally distant students. By doing so, they explore each other’s cultures and countries. Furthermore, peer-teaching can also give them the opportunity to discover elements of their own place and culture they previously might not know or think about. Thanks to mediation students will be able to translate the information so that others can understand it using English as the vehicle of communication.
