Planning for Possible Issues and Solutions for the "The Soul of Soil" Project

Anticipating potential problems and planning solutions will support the successful completion of the project. Here’s a plan that includes possible scenarios and solutions during the project process:

1. Communication Issues Among Partners

Possible Scenarios:

Difficulty attending meetings due to time zone differences among partners.

Communication problems due to language barriers.

Slow progress of the project.

Solutions:

Determine common suitable meeting times for all participants.

Use tools like Google Translate for communication support.

Prepare written documents for important information and instructions.

Share regular short reports.

2. Technical and Digital Tool Issues

Possible Scenarios:

Access issues with tools like Canva, Twinspace, or Padlet.

Inability to use digital tools due to a lack of technological knowledge.

Solutions:

Provide guides on using digital tools at the start of the project.

Offer video training sessions related to the tools for partners.

Suggest alternative platforms or tools for participants experiencing access issues.

3. Decreased Motivation Among Participants

Possible Scenarios:

Decreased interest from students or teachers in the project.

Tasks being neglected over time.

Solutions:

Organize small competitions to boost motivation each month (e.g., best poster design award).

Regularly highlight and appreciate participants' contributions.

Create a project calendar or achievement chart to visualize progress.

4. Incompletion of Tasks Due to Time Constraints

Possible Scenarios:

Planned activities not being completed.

Delays in the digital storybook and final events.

Solutions:

Clearly define task distribution to speed up processes.

Spread priority and time-consuming tasks throughout the initial months.

Adapt some activities to be more simplified.

5. Failure in Natural Gardens and Pot Planting Activities

Possible Scenarios:

Plants not growing or lack of care.

Insufficient materials for working with recycled materials.

Solutions:

Provide students with guide videos on plant care.

Suggest alternative plant types or methods to simplify the process.

Recommend ready-made decorative materials instead of recycled materials for flexibility.

6. Quality Issues in Final Products

Possible Scenarios:

The digital storybook or dance video not meeting technical or content expectations.

Solutions:

Require early submissions of contributions from each country to allow time for organizing combined products.

Create a technical team for the arrangement of final products.

Prepare guidelines to ensure the content submitted by participants meets a specific quality standard.
