                                About the project


In this project teachers and their second grade students learning English will collaborate online in various activities exchanging ideas and materials for teaching and learning English as a foreign language. The project plan will be done in agreement with all the partners all in a common goal to boost motivation for foreign language learning, embrace diversity and implement gamification in learning through covering topics: introductions, food, body, Christmas, weather, seasons, clothes, pets, summer.

 

AIMS
- to practice speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
- to empower students for speaking and improving their presentation skills
- to use ICT and different digital tools for learning
- to learn English as a foreign language in an international digital environment
- to raise awareness of diversity and embrace differences


WORK PROCESS


Partners will collaborate on a common topic and activities set for each month. Their work will be visible on Twinspace where all activities will be shared individually and as a joined effort which emphasizes that everybody is a part of the whole. Pages on Twinspace will cover our progress through activities and work by adding pictures, videos and links to our results. Each month one person will be in charge of coordinating the activities, making sure the timeline is met, list activities and finalising the product for that month (a presentation, poster, booklet…). Considering the age of the students, they will not join Twinspace so teachers will publish their work online. Partners will communicate through emails or/and video conferences to enable effective working relationship.
