We are planning to start a project about nutrition at schools. Our aim is to discover the benefits of healthy eating and diet on academic performances. Students will research and share knowledge about practices to create a nutrition environment that supports students in making healthy choices. They can compare different ideas across different countries and create collaborative outputs like presentations, posters, videos, etc. Projects like farm-to-school or school gardens have increased knowledge about nutrition and agriculture, so students are more willing to try new foods, and consume more fruits and vegetables. School staff and teachers can act as important role models. Our goal is to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages according to the global goals for sustainable development.
