The project aims at providing pupils with real and meaningful situations in which the use of the target language, English, becomes key to communicate with the European partners. Therefore, the main goal is to foster students’ communicative English skills by corresponding with peers from another European country, through digital and post-mail means. Moreover, it is expected that students’ cultural awareness will increase towards their European partners, as they will not only exchange information and perspectives on their personal life, but also on where they live, its culture and traditions and its cuisine. Teachers will always coordinate such exchanges using TwinSpace and communicating by email. Students and their families will also be involved throughout the project development.
