Our olives are our history This project aims to engage students in the environment by teaching them about the importance of olive trees in life, and so encouraging them to read, write and explore, through effective and active role activities, the journey of the olive tree passes through from the moment it is planted to collecting olives to making oil. teaching ways to benefit from the tree's products in practical life. As part of this project, students will focus on the history of the olive tree, its heritage, and its religious status in different civilizations, as well as its role in nature, in providing healthy food, in preserving traditions, and in showing different cultures based on this tree.
