The development of cities throughout history has been at the heart of our civilisation. Nowadays, climate change hazards show us daily that we are all vulnerable to climate change and have no choice but to act. Imagining our cities in 2050 will help us understand how our cities were built, how protective we must be as regards our culture and historical landmarks. We will try to work on solutions to mitigate urban impacts on the environment and adapt our cities to climate change. Not only will we consider the environmental impact but also the economic possibilities and social issues. Inclusion and diversity will be key topics as we will have a multilingual approach, especially as the number of climate refugees is bound to increase in our near future.
