"Migratory birds" is the metaphor for working on the idea of a global world where the flow of people is constant. For example, in La Plana, one of the participating high schools, there are 20 different nationalities, 13 languages are spoken and 6 religions coexist. What about yours? Do you have the same cultural richness? With this project, we will try to analyse the causes of this multiculturalism, i.e. what has brought them to their new home and what are the ethical and moral implications of this cultural mix. The project is linked to two Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 10 - Reduce inequalities within and between countries, and Goal 4 - Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. eTwinning projects offer pupils the opportunity to open their eyes and discover new countries, as well as the chance to work hand in hand with pupils from other cultures.
