By using real-world tools such as measuring scales, microscopes, and simple engineering models, pupils will record growth data, experiment with preservation methods, and share their results through digital posters, videos, and storybooks. This project blends STEM, creativity, and cultural heritage to show young learners that caring for our food sources is a responsibility we all share. This project offers a unique chance to connect classrooms across Europe while addressing sustainability and food heritage education.
