MINUTES OF THE FIRST ONLINE TEACHERS MEETING

SHORTLY DISCUSSED TOPICS :

• As the platform is new, there are some technical problems (accessing Ss’ profile, downloading/ uploading material)
• Some Ss cannot access the platform even though they have their usernames and passwords.
• Videos can only be uploaded via a video sharing site.  Each school should add the videos via the school’s Youtube channel, not individual channels.
• Myriam is going to share the e-book link for other partners to edit.
• An online meeting for Ss will be possible only after they start using the platform effectively and start uploading the assignments.  (In spring ?)
• Ss will be encouraged to use the chatroom on twinspace.
