The "Hop in code up" project is designed for students aged 8 to 12 and focuses on organizing workshops in the field of computing and digital content. The project will enable students to explore the world of programming, digital creativity, and online safety through interactive and fun activities. Special emphasis will be placed on online safety, preventing cyberbullying, learning to code, and using various online tools and programs. The workshops are designed to help students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and creative use of digital technologies. Topics include online safety, coding, the use of online tools such as Safe.si, Scratch, Pišek, and creating digital content such as comics, word art, and animations. Students will develop their own digital projects, such as country presentations, personal introductions, and various creative tasks. Emphasis will also be placed on using the Scratch program, where students will create simple computer games and animations, and Pišek, where they will learn the basics of programming.
