2023: The Future of Weather, Climate and Water across Generations
“Every year of insufficient action to keep global warming below 1.5° Celsius drives us closer to the brink, increasing systemic risks and reducing our resilience against climate catastrophe. As countries hurtle past the 1.5° limit, climate change is intensifying heatwaves, droughts, flooding, wildfires and famines, while threatening to submerge low-lying countries and cities and driving more species to extinction,” said UN Secretary-General António Guterres in a message.
There is increasing momentum behind the ambitious the Early Warnings for All Initiative launched by Mr Guterres on World Meteorological Day 2022. Rapid scientific and technological advances have greatly improved the accuracy of weather forecasts and life-saving early warnings and there has been significant progress in climate monitoring, simulation and prediction.

Аctivity: Plants are natural coolers
Slowing down climate change
Planting trees is the best, easiest and cheapest way to combat climate change. Without jeopardizing current agricultural areas and urban areas could plant billions of trees. As it grows, the trees absorb it and store carbon dioxide, which contributes to global warming.
Plants are an indispensable additional part of humanity because they absorb carbon dioxide from the air and release oxygen, without which life would not exist and enable water to circulate in nature, that is, the water that will grow up to the leaves, it will be released into the outdoor environment in the form of water vapor.
When evaporating, leaves are cooled, and with it the surrounding air space. The cold air falls down and cools the people who took shelter under the shade of the trees.
A lot of research and measurements prove these claims of ours.
They learn in a simple and fun way.

World Meteorological Day
When you listen to a weather report, you probably hear terms like these. All of the terms are commonly used by a meteorologist. Also called a weatherman or weather forecaster, a meteorologist is a scientist that studies the atmosphere. Atmospheric science includes atmospheric chemistry and atmospheric physics.
Aristotle is considered to be the founder of meteorology.
The first daily weather forecast appeared in the London Times in 1861. Weather predictions are based on the wind, temperature, air pressure, and water vapor.
Some people may complain that the weatherman always seems to make the wrong prediction. However, thanks to advances in science and technology, meteorologists are more accurate than ever. In general, the accuracy for a 24-hour forecast is 95 percent. The accuracy rate for a 5-day forecast is about 75 percent. Thanks to accurate weather forecasts, meteorologists can warn people of dangerous storms and impending natural disasters, thus saving lives.
