Hi, my name is Musa. I'm an English teacher in Turkey. My school is in the west of Turkey. It is in Alaşehir/Manisa, in the Aegean Region. Its name is Sekine Evren Girls Technical and Vocational Anatolian High School. There are nearly 500 students at the school. Students' age range is between 14 and 18. There are nearly 40 teachers. Alaşehir is famous for vineyards and grapes. There are many kinds of grapes like sultana, finger, red globe, Yalova pearl ...etc. Alaşehir is a city with nearly 90.000 population. There are nice parks in the city. Now I want to tell about my project. Think about one of your hospital experience. In Turkey, when we go to hospital, doctors examine us and they send us to labs for analysis. Our analysis results are saved in hospitals' databases. My project is about it. İNŞAALLAH we'll work to set up an authority organisation in health sector: www.healthwide.org As you know, we are limited about our health. When we are ill, most of the control belongs to our doctors. It can be normative, but i think people should have more opportunities about their health. For example; it would be better if they could ask more doctors, or if they could be examined through the world in their houses, or if they could find any organs in their houses, or doctors could contribute to improvement of health techniques in the world. First, we'll try to compose a universal analysis database system in collaboration with world health organisation. When a patient's analysis result is saved in hospital's database, it will be saved in universal analysis database system at the same time if patient wants. Ok, what is the purpose of this universal analysis records? The patient will be able to use this record every where and every time. For example; when the patient goes to a lab in Italy, his analysis records will be saved in universal analysis records system in patient's account in the system. He will be able to show his analysis records to a doctor in Germany via his patient account in universal analysis records system. Of course, the doctor in Germany will want new analysis results, but universal analysis records system will provide chronological ranking of analysis records. So patient's health status will be monitorized historically. Moreover, the patient will be able to show his analysis results to any of the doctors in the world by sitting at home and ask for suggestions from the doctors. This records system won't only consist of analysis records, but also it will include recording of all information about a patien't health; for example, diagnosis of doctors, applied treatments, patient's health story...etc. So it can be called universal patient records database system. Aim of universal patient records database system is that by recording all information about a patient's health, doctors will know patients' status and they will treat or give medicines carefully. Universal health records system is the first part of our project. As i told, our aim is to be an authority in health sector in the world. Second part of our project is that: patients will be able to find organs by using www.healthwide.org This organisation will work in collaboration with world health organisation. Our aim is to simplify health matter for people. Patients also will be able to find any essential equipments for their health via this organisation. Communicating necessary things to needers is the second function of this project. Third function is that: doctors, scientists and other people will share their treatment experiences and health ideas and they will contribute to improvement of health solutions and health techniques in the world.
