The Code of Conduct is an important aspect of our eTwinning project.
The Code of Conduct promotes a respectful and positive working environment, and ensures that everyone is treated fairly and equally.
These are the main points:
- We are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. This includes avoiding any language or behavior that is offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful towards others.
- The success of our project depends on collaboration and teamwork so we should be willing to work together and contribute to the project in a positive way.
- Effective communication is essential for the success of our project so we should communicate clearly, respectfully, and regularly with each other.
- We should meet the deadlines and be punctual for meetings and other project-related activities.
- We should keep confidential any confidential or sensitive information shared during the project and not share it with anyone outside of the project without prior consent.
- We should be accountable for our actions and take responsibility for our role in the project.
- This project should be inclusive and open to all participants, regardless of their background, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
- We should conduct ourselves in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
