EVROPSKA VAS – EUROPEAN VILLAGE project promotes school collaboration through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as well as teacher and student exchange. It focuses on exploring European diversity – diversity of European countries and their cultures and it promotes tolerance. The project, organized by Primary School Anton Tomaž Linhart Radovljica, Slovenia, has been an example of good practice. It includes collaboration of several Slovene schools from Gorenjska region as well as schools from abroad. It includes exploring cultures, languages, geography, history etc. of different European countries, nations and cultures. There's an annual exhibition in Radovljica, Slovenia, where participating schools present their artworks and researches of the topic(s). It is held on (or around) May 9 – Day of Europe.
