ESCAPEROOMLAND- A magic realm of learning

Playing escape educational games gives students of all ages a valid and engaging approach to learning. Through play, students learn more easily, are more motivated and the lessons turn into real challenges! That is why this project will focus on the use and creation of escape games. This type of games lend themselves to learning a range of transferable cross-curricular skills - such as collaboration and team-building, social skills, problem-solving, lateral thinking, and creativity - because of their intrinsic design that involves working together to solve puzzles, riddles, mysteries. Students also develop resilience as they make multiple attempts to solve puzzles in different ways, and creativity as they come up with different novel solutions. Apart from these transversal skills, escape rooms offer a high potential for initiating subject specific learning. The formation of Learning skills (the four C’s) and the development of attitudes will be the engine of the project, the desired finality for all partners being the acquisition of self-confidence, the consolidation of learning, their preparation for life and for the future.
