HOSTING ORGANIZATIONS (PARTNERS IN THE PROJECT): Volksschule Triester ,Austria Newark School, Malta Dr. Vladimir Polezinoski, North Macedonia Teacher Academy Ireland Limited, Ireland Erasmus Learning Academy SL, Spain New Horizons Malta, Malta EUROPASS SRL, Italy We have applied for the project because results of the survey conducted among our students before starting it have shown that teachers need to improve their methods of teaching and communication skills with their students, the school should be able to meet different learning interests expressed by the student in the survey by offering a variety of extracurricular activities that do not apply only methods of formal learning, but introduce various forms of non-formal and informal learning. It is necessary to maintain the continuity of the existing activities that our students like, and attract more students with special needs, but at the same time, upgrade the curricula related to the existing activities by introducing innovative ways of teaching and approaching students' needs that are in line with 21st century principles. We started the project to modernize the curricula for the existing activities, design and start new ones after acquiring the necessary skills through implementation of the activities planned.
