The targeted objectives:

- To evaluate the experience of start phase 1 of the E2WMS project in order to improve collaboration in end phase 1 for the 2024/2025 school year.

- Produce summaries of all the evaluations: activities on TwinSpace, diagnosis of learners' skills and knowledge, collaboration between learners and collaboration between teachers, review of all the achievements, communication to all the target audiences, etc.

- Suggest improvements to the management and implementation of the project.

- To give members of the project team the opportunity to talk about their personal experience of phase 1 of the project: pleasures or difficulties encountered.

- Set the precise dates of the 3 LTTs (Learning, Teaching and Training Mobilities) in accordance with the periods of training, alternating periods, holidays and public holidays.
