Electrical and Mechanical activities with Arduino

In “Electrical and Mechanical activities with Arduino” , Electrical and Mechanical Engineering students cover a portion of their curriculum through a series of simulations of Arduino and authentic activities with a microcontroller Arduino, cables , sensors, led lights, resistors and Wifi modules. Through a set of visual materials and demonstrations, students from VET and general schools learn and collaborate to build circuits, create codes and eventually measure relative air humidity and air temperature. Partner schools can ask experts or use the web for advice and input, and then share it on TwinSpace. A different school coordinates each activity and creates a short assessment task to be taken by all partner classes. Interaction among partners takes place in Forums and ongoing evaluation takes place through polls. In the end of the project the data collected by the sensors will be uploaded through ESP8266 WiFi module into a IoT analytics platform service like ThingSpeak or Blynk.
