Ingredients for grandma's “šišky” (doughnuts)

500 g plain flour

250 ml of milk

1 egg

3 egg yolks

1 piece of yeast (42 g)

4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 vanilla sugar

4 tablespoons of oil

4 tablespoons of rum

pinch of salt

lemon zest

oil for frying
