Connecting Cultures: Friends in a Safe Space

This project will be about exploring our own but also our partners’ culture, while at the same time creating bonds with students from different countries in a safe digital environment. Following Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism theory, the participants will be involved in team work within their own classes and with the rest of the schools, in order to create collaborative products that are meant to be shared with the whole school community. At the same time though, they will develop their linguistic skills, using English as a lingua franca, and they will learn how to interact safely online, developing this way crucial 21st century skills.
