Hello Everybody! Do you like to investigate things? We do! It is soooooo interesting!

In this investigation, the Color Travelers are going to investigate colours of different seasons in each of the partner countries. 

As we start with the project in Autumn - this will be the first investigated season.

The investigation will consist of three parts: 

Part A - the Color Travelers are going to state hypotheses about the colours of autumn 

Part B - the Color Travelers are going to investigate the colours of autumn outside with the use of self-made colour frames, in order to see if they were right

Part C - the Color Travelers are going to draw conclusions from their investigation and state for sure what colours are present in Autumn in each of the countries

AUTUMN

PART A

We have started INVESTIGATING!

First, we answered the question in voicethread: What are the colours of autumn in Poland?

This way we stated our hypotheses :-) 

We also prepared colourful frames to explore the real colours of autumn!

How about the colours in Greece, Armenia and Slovakia?

Colour travelers from POLAND also listened to the answer from their friends from GREECE and SLOVAKIA :-) and we learnt that the colours of autumn might be similar :-) We will see it in PART B - checking the hypotheses.

We all went outside to check what are the REAL COLOURS of autumn in Poland. This is what we found out:

We looked for colours of autumn in Slovakia around our nursery. The children really enjoyed the activity.

First, they painted paper plates with tempera paints, and then they cut out a square or rectangular hole to create a frame.

Finally, they were looking for different creations in autumn colours for the frame.

Color Travellers from Armenia,first of all worked on making their frames and later went out to explore the colors of autumn and match them with their frames.

Color Travelers from POLAND have started INVESTIGATING!

It is too cold outside!! The colours outside of our school are poor!! 

Color Travelers from Slovakia

During the winter season, we have snow in Slovakia so the children looked out of the windows and said the colours they can see. They said WAIT, BLUE, and BROWN.

Together we will listen to the opinions of the children from Armenia, Greece, and Poland. We can't wait :)

In our beautiful school garden, we have so many colours!

All the other groups from the preschool were soooo curious of what we were doing that they also joined the colour hunt :-)

We looked for colours of spring in Slovakia around our nursery and in the neighbor's garden. The children really enjoyed the activity when they were looking for different creations in spring colours for the frame.
