During my research, I found out that Labor Day is also celebrated in other European countries such as Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. It's interesting how diverse the traditions and approaches to this holiday are in different places.

In Poland, the May holidays are a truly special time because they include three important national holidays:

May 1 – Labor Day.
May 2 - Flag Day of the Republic of Poland.
May 3 - Constitution Day of May 3. It is celebrated as Flag Day of the Republic of Poland.
It is worth emphasizing that these three days are of great importance for the history of Poland.

Labor Day around the world - May 1 is celebrated not only in Poland, but also in other countries. Does any country celebrate it in a grand way? Poles associate it as a legacy of the times of the Polish People's Republic. Parades, celebrations, or maybe hard work, as it looks like in the Czech Republic, Germany and the United States?

May Day is a significant celebration that has been observed for many years in numerous countries, including Greece. Its celebration in Greece was established on April 7th, 1937.

Labor Day (Ziua Muncii) is an annual holiday to honor workers across Romania. It is also celebrated in many countries worldwide.
Labor Day / May Day is a public holiday. It is a day off for the general population, and schools and most businesses are closed.
Many Romanians have the day off work or school on Labor Day (also spelled as Labour Day). Some people attend social gatherings or visit friends and family. It is also a popular holiday to relax at home, have an outdoor picnic etc.

Labor Day is celebrated every year in Romania on May 1 with all kinds of activities. It is a free day for everyone and all kinds of celebrations, field parties, concerts, contests are organized, in the open air, on green grass, at sea or in the mountains. In Romania, this day was celebrated for the first time by the socialist movement in 1890 and honors the workers in Romania. It is also celebrated in many countries around the world.
